MG 3

Expected Price

Rs. 6.00 Lakh*

Expected Launch Date

Dec 12, 2021

About Upcoming MG 3 - That famous British brand known for producing exciting yet affordable sports cars? It's still around, and the MG 3 is the brand's most affordable model. We don't blame you if you've missed MG's recent revival. Each new model has struggled to make an impact since the marque was taken over by China's SAIC Motor. However, in recent years, there has been a much-needed boost in sales, thanks in large part to the low-cost ZS and HS SUVs.

The MG 3 hatchback, which is based on the Ford Fiesta, is one of the most inexpensive new vehicles on the market, undercutting the Skoda Fabia and Suzuki Swift. Only the Dacia Sandero is less expensive, unless you want to go further smaller (think Fiat Panda). On paper, the MG 3 appears to be competitive in other areas, since it is well-equipped and has a strong 1.5-litre petrol engine. There are also some customization choices available to help you stand out in a busy parking lot. However, in the tiny vehicle segment, there is a lot of competition, so it will have its work cut out for it if it hopes to lure consumers away from other, more known manufacturers. In the next pages of our MG 3 review, we'll discuss how it compares to its main competitors, including how it drives, whether it's comfortable for passengers, how big the boot is, how much it costs to operate, and much more.

Expected Price

Rs. 11.00 Lakh*

Expected Launch Date

Dec 15, 2022

About Upcoming MG Baojun 510 - MG is on a roll, and the MG 510 SUV will be the company's next goal in the entry-level D-segment SUV sector. It will compete with the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Nissan Kicks, Renault Captur, and Toyota and Maruti Suzuki's upcoming models. The 510 SUV has a length of 4.2 metres and a wheelbase of 2.55 metres, which puts it on level with the competitors in the class in both dimensions. It shares many external design elements with the bigger MG Hector in terms of look. The low-set headlights, big grille, and LED DRL placement are all examples of this. The wide wheel arches, rear sloping roofline, and boomerang-shaped tail lights wrap around the side of the car when viewed from the side. The Chinese market receives a black interior with silver inlays on the dashboard and doors, as well as temperature control, a touchscreen infotainment system, leather upholstery, power mirrors, and a power driver's seat.

As part of the arrangement, we anticipate MG to provide its i-SMART connected car technology. Only a 1.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine will be available in China, with both a CVT and a manual transmission available in India. Dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, and ESC are planned to be standard on all variants of the vehicle. Given MG's top-down strategy, we expect the car to be released in late 2021 for the Indian market, with a price range of Rs 11 lakh to Rs 15 lakh.
