About Upcoming Honda HR-V - On public roads, the Honda HR-V has been observed undergoing testing. The automobile was completely camouflaged, but the outline of the HR-V was easily discernible. Honda plans to release the HR-V in India in December 2019. In foreign markets, the Honda HR-V underwent a makeover in 2018 and is powered by the same 1.5-litre petrol engine as the Honda City. A 1.6-litre diesel engine, which also powers the CR-V and Civic, is included in the diesel option. It's also available with the same 1.8-litre petrol engine as the Civic.

Premium features include full LED headlights, paddle shifters, a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone temperature control, 8-way adjustable powered seats, and a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment unit in the global-spec HR-V. Multiple airbags, hill start assist, vehicle stability aid, and Honda's LaneWatch camera are among the safety features. In India, it's unclear which engines and features will be available with the HR-V. The Hyundai Creta, Renault Captur, Nissan Kicks, and the forthcoming Kia Seltos will all fight in the compact SUV segment once the Honda HR-V is released. We estimate that it will cost between Rs 10 lakh and Rs 15 lakh.
