MG Astor On-Road Price in India, Mileage, Offers, Features, Specifications - The Astor's colour possibilities have been disclosed by MG. The small SUV is scheduled to debut in October 2021, according to MG. The Astor may start at Rs 10 lakh (ex-showroom) and go up from there. It will have a seating capacity of five people.
In India, the MG Astor is expected to be offered with two petrol engines: a 1.3-litre turbocharged (140PS/220Nm) and a 1.5-litre normally aspirated (110PS/144Nm). The former will be coupled with a 6-speed automatic, while the latter will be available with both a 6-speed manual and a CVT. The Astor will come fitted with LED DRLs, a 6-way power-adjustable driver seat, and a panoramic sunroof, according to MG. A 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment device, wireless charging, and a 360-degree camera will also be included.
ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) will be standard on the small SUV, which will include adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, automated emergency braking, lane maintain and departure assist, high-beam assist, and blind spot recognition. It will also be equipped with a 360-degree camera as well as an electronic stabilisation software (ESP). The Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Volkswagen Taigun, and Skoda Kushaq will all compete against the MG Astor.
