About Upcoming Honda PCX160 - The scooter's most important change is the bigger 156cc engine, which is a modest upgrade over the previous 149cc unit. This four-valve motor generates 15.8bhp and 15Nm, up 1.1bhp and 1.8Nm over the PCX150. The new PCX160 has a revised exhaust system, a redesigned air intake, a hydraulic cam tensioner, a new crankshaft, and an ACG starter, which is also featured on the Activa 6G.

The 2018 Honda PCX also gets a new set of wheels, with a 14-inch front wheel and a 13-inch rear wheel, respectively, shod with 110/70 and 130/70 section tyres. Meanwhile, both ends of the vehicle have disc brakes with single-channel ABS. There is currently no information on the Honda PCX160's launch in India, despite the fact that the firm was considering doing so some time ago. Regardless, if it is released, the PCX160 will be a formidable rival to the Aprilia SXR160.

About Upcoming Honda PCX Electric - In India, the Honda PCX Electric was patented in May . Honda's PCX Electric is a maxi-scooter with a range of 41 kilometres (at a constant cruising speed of 60kmph). While its range is limited, the PCX Electric compensates by providing interchangeable battery packs. A 4.2kW permanent magnet motor produces 18Nm of torque, which powers the electric scooter. A telescopic front fork, dual rear shock absorbers, a front disc brake, and a rear drum brake are all standard, as is single-channel ABS. Instead of the PCX Electric, Honda is more likely to release something tailored to the Indian market. This electric scooter is expected to be released in 2024.

Honda CBR150R

Expected Price

Rs. 1.60 Lakh*

Expected Launch Date

Oct, 2023

About Upcoming Honda CBR150R - In Indonesia, the Honda CBR150R for has been unveiled. The revised model has a more aggressive appearance that resembles the Honda CBR250RR. A Showa SFF-BP inverted front fork and a rear monoshock are also included. The front fork, unlike the telescopic fork of its predecessor, is not preload adjustable.

A 6-speed gearbox with an assist-and-slipper clutch is also included on the bike. The assist function is said to cut lever effort by 15%, while the slipper clutch keeps the back wheel from locking up during strong downshifts. The engine, however, is the same 149.16cc DOHC single-cylinder liquid-cooled unit as before. It also produces the same amount of power and torque: 17.1PS at 9000rpm and 14.4Nm at 7000rpm.

As an optional feature, the bike has dual-channel ABS. The new Honda CBR150R is unlikely to be released in India since its asking price is too expensive for a bike in its class. Honda instead plans to launch the full 500cc parallel-twin portfolio, including the Honda CBR500R, in . Finally, we hope that Honda recognises the promise of the 150cc performance motorcycle market, as well as the Yamaha R15 V3's unrivalled dominance, and introduces the new CBR150R in 2023.
