About Upcoming CFMoto 250NK - CFMoto, a Chinese motorcycle manufacturer, has been testing four of its models in India. The 250NK, 400NK, 650NK, and 650MT are the models. The 250NK is the company's naked 250cc motorcycle. It will fight in India against the KTM 250 Duke and is estimated to cost approximately Rs 2 lakh. The bike has a sporty appearance owing to the fact that it was designed by Kiska, the same design studio that created the present KTM line. LED headlights, taillights, and turn indicators are among the features. It also has a colour TFT screen with two pre-programmed displays.

A 249.2cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder motor produces 26.5 horsepower and 22 Nm of torque. Sport and Rain are the two power modes available. It's also equipped with a six-speed transmission and a hydraulic clutch, which should considerably minimise clutch lever strain. The frame is a lightweight trellis unit, similar to KTM motorcycles, and the suspension arrangement comprises upside down front forks and a rear monoshock. It has radial tyres and a JJuan braking package with 300mm front and 245mm rear disc brakes.

We expect these bikes to arrive in India via the CKD method, unlike the KTMs that are produced in India. While the bike sold in other countries comes with a 2-year, unlimited-kilometer guarantee, it is unclear whether CFMoto would give the same in India. AMW Motorcycles will be in charge of introducing CFMoto motorcycles to India, and the 250cc naked bike might be released before October 2019. Only two dealerships have been verified as of now (one in Hyderabad and the other in Bengaluru), but AMW Motorcycles intends to add a few more in Mumbai and Chennai.

About Upcoming CFMoto electric bike - CFMoto stated that they are working on an electric motorbike, which they will be bringing here, during the introduction of their 300 and 650cc bike line-up in India. The new electric motorbike will be based on the recently announced 300NK and might debut in December 2019. While CFMoto has not revealed any more details, we may anticipate an electric motorbike with a body similar to the 300NK but with slight design differences to distinguish it from its petrol-powered sibling. Nonetheless, we anticipate clear design cues from KISKA on the forthcoming electric bike.

The luxury features of the 300NK, including as all-LED lighting and a full-color TFT instrument panel, are likely to be carried over to the electric bike. The bike will be largely used as a fashionable city commuter. CFMoto is striving to get a good range out of its batteries. This might imply lighter bodywork and components, as well as perhaps low-rolling-resistance tyres. To put things in context, the Revolt RV400 has a 156-kilometer ARAI-certified range.

The forthcoming CFMoto electric bike, like the rest of the company's lineup, would be imported to India via the CKD method and perhaps constructed at AMW's facility in Bengaluru. In India, the new electric bike would be available in 18 to 24 months. Because the launch is still a few months away, CFMoto has plenty of time to put up a suitable charging infrastructure, such as Ather and Revolt.

CFMoto 300SR

Expected Price

Rs. 2.49 Lakh*

Expected Launch Date

Oct,

About Upcoming CFMoto 300SR - According to our exclusive interview with CFMoto India's CEO, the CFMoto 300SR would be released in India between October and December of this year. It will arrive in India via the CKD (Completely Knocked Down) method, with a price tag of Rs 2.49 lakh expected (ex-showroom). This will make it Rs 20,000 more expensive than its naked brother, the CFMoto 300NK BS6.

The TVS Apache RR 310 BS6 and the KTM RC200 will be competitors for the 300SR. With a complete fairing, a tall windscreen, clip-on handlebars, rear-set footpegs, and a split seat, the bike has a strong design language. LED lighting and a full-digital instrument panel with two interfaces are among the 300SR's features. The CFMoto 300SR is powered by a 292cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder DOHC engine that produces 29.2PS and 25.3Nm at 7250rpm, which is 1.33PS and 0.3Nm higher than the 300NK in BS4 version. Expect more or less identical numbers from the BS6 generation. The transmission is a 6-speed with a slipper clutch.

It comes with a trellis frame, a USD fork, and a monoshock. Its braking system includes dual-channel ABS and disc brakes on both ends. The seat height is on the low side for a supersport at 780mm. However, with only 135mm of ground clearance, it isn't ideal.

About Upcoming CFMoto MT800 - The engine in the CFMoto MT800 is based on the KTM 790 Adventure, although it will be tuned differently. It produces 95.1PS and 88Nm in the 790 ADV. A long-travel inverted front fork, rear monoshock, twin front discs with radial callipers, and a disc at the back are among the luxury features on the CFMoto 800MT. The CFMoto MT800 is offered in two versions: one for off-road use and one for tarmac use. The former has spoked rims, dual-purpose tyres, a shorter windscreen, and a bash plate, whilst the later has alloys and road-focused tyres but foregoes the bash plate.

The CFMoto MT800 has an ADV-style design. It features a large windshield and a top-heavy front-end. The style differs significantly from that of the KTM. The MT800, unlike the 790 adventure, has a conventional gasoline tank. LED headlights, indicators, and taillights are standard on the CFMoto. Auxiliary lighting and crash safety bars are included as standard, as well as the ability to mount baggage.
